We make every attempt to ship all orders as soon as possible.  Most orders will leave our warehouse the same business day, if payment is made before 10am EST.  However, occasionally it will take longer to process and ship your order.  During the holiday season, this is especially true.  Please be aware of this in advance.  If you need your order by a specific deadline, please feel free to email us so we can give you an estimated sipping date.  In house rush is available for a small fee as well as expedited shipping.  
 
When your package does ship, you will receive an automated email from our carrier.  This email will be sent to the email address registered with your PayPal account or payment.  Please check your junk and spam folders for this email.  It will contain all of your tracking information for your order.  Due to the volume of requests, we are not able to respond to all emails for shipping information. Instead we rely on this automated system to inform you.  If you do not receive this email within 7 days from your order, please email us for assistance.
 
We keep our shipping costs as low as we can by passing our volume discounts on to our customers.  Our website is integrated with FedEx and USPS to give you many shipping options. You can select the option that is best for you, based on cost and transit time. All shipping rates are calculated by their respective carriers, based on your package size and weight.

If you are interested in purchasing anything on this site, you may do so by adding the item to your shopping cart and following the checkout prompts. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express for online orders with secure payment by PayPal.  Through PayPal, you can also pay by e-check but we cannot ship your order until the check clears.

Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address kept secure by PayPal.  We do not have access to this information.  
 
When you make a purchase on our website, you will receive our free e-newsletter.  Our e-newsletter will alert you of special sales and discounts.  You may cancel your subscription at any time.
